AISTER is a specialist aluminium shipyard with over 30 years of experience in the construction of vessels and marine infrastructure. Based in Vigo, Spain, the company is dedicated to quality, innovation, and tailor-made solutions for clients across the global maritime sector.

With a team of 100 professionals, including industrial and marine engineers, architects, and certified welders (Bureau Veritas, ISO 9001 & 14001), AISTER offers flexibility and fast adaptation to market demands. The company operates through three main business lines:

1. Aluminium Shipyard
AISTER designs and builds its own range of vessels—including patrol boats, fireboats, search and rescue boats, pilot boats, passenger vessels, and workboats. Its clients include the Spanish Civil Guard, Maritime Safety Agency, and the Military Emergency Unit, among others.

2. Marine Industry Works
With over 150 completed projects, AISTER supplies marine interiors, thermal insulation, aluminium superstructures, ship supplies, and accommodation ladders for a wide range of vessels including research ships, seismic vessels, fishing boats, merchant ships, and luxury cruise liners.

3. Marinas
A market leader in marina infrastructure, AISTER designs and manufactures aluminium and concrete pontoons, docks, gangways, fingers, breakwaters, cleats, and service pedestals. With more than 30,000 meters of floating and fixed pontoons installed worldwide, the company is trusted for its durability and compliance with international safety standards.
